I require payments in full upfront for all of my work unless we have made an agreement on a payment plan.

All of my prices are in USD.

In the case of a refund, I will refund any commission that hasn't been started in full. If work has been started, I will refund according to how much work has been completed.

If you need delivery within 1 week I may take your commission as a rush order. This comes with a 30% fee. I may not take the commission if I don't think I can complete it within the specified time. If I take the rush order and for whatever reason don't deliver before the date, I will refund the fee and an additional 15% of the commission.

I charge a 15% fee for private commissions [commissions where work is not posted on any social media or livestream]. Gifts or commissions that are kept private during production [such as hidden on a queue] are exempt as long as I can post the finished product!

Please have a reference [or detailed description if it's for a design or reference sheet] prepared before the submitting a commission form.

Projected wait times are an estimate and not a guarantee. If you have a specific deadline in mind, let me know and I will try to accommodate or take on a rush order for a 30% fee if my schedule allows it. As a general rule, please allow 2-5 weeks wait time.

I'm happy to make any [reasonable] amount of edits during the sketching stage. After I have moved on with lining and coloring, I will make up to 3 small edits before I charge a fee. I will always correct mistakes [ex. not following a reference correctly] made on my end for free.

Updates are provided through each "stage": Initial sketch, lineart, coloring, and then the final shaded image is delivered. If inquiring about progress on a commission, please be patient and allow a reasonable amount of time between requests, especially if my queue is long.

My artwork is never to be used in AI or NFT works. This includes feeding it to AI databases.

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission at any time for any reason.

I may edit my TOS at any time.

Do not under any circumstances claim my artwork or designs as your own.

Do not remove my signature.

You are welcome to make small edits as needed but please credit me as the original artist and specify your edits when posting.

I reserve rights to any artwork I make. Characters depicted belong to their owners.

After purchase is made in full, any design is yours to do with what you wish. Any details of characters such as gender, sexuality, name, etc. can be changed at will.

Edits and redesigns are okay, but please credit me as the original designer and do not make the design completely unrecognizable when compared to the original.

If posting the character on toyhou.se, please credit me on-site as sugarwhiskerz.

I charge a +50% fee for all NSFW works.

I ask for ID for NSFW [picture and other identifying information may be covered.]

I don't take rush orders for NSFW works.

Nsfw works will be posted on my social media under the name spicewhiskerz. Under no circumstances should NSFW art be posted, tagged to, or otherwise associated with any of my SFW accounts under the name sugarwhiskerz.

I may charge more for different kinks/fetishes and have the right to refuse any concept that makes me uncomfortable.

I may not post every NSFW commission I receive publicly.
